member doesn't receive email for password change

Good afternoon! I'm writing on behalf of our member Dave Ratliff. He couldn't remember his password so he requested a new one - never received the email - I asked him to check his SPAM/Junk - and it's not there.

He said he tried it before requesting the new password and the page would just reload and nothing changed.

I appreciate your help!

We are sending him the email. he needs to add the server@toastmastersclubs.org and agenda@toastmastersclubs.org to his contact list.
