Pop-up Windows unreadable

From Dorothy @ Club 1441. While the new website layout is lovely, any of the tabs which bring up pop-up windows (rather than going to a new page) seem to bring up a translucent pop-up which overlays the page it's popping up in front of. (ie: Membership Management is a pop-up. See attachment.) In this situation, neither page of information is readable, and it's very hard to see where to click to get out of it. The pop up windows need a little definition, please. Thanks
