populating fields on the agenda

Hi. For the past 2 meetings, I've noticed that when someone takes the toastmaster role, it only shows on the agenda once - it's not populating the rest of the agenda where the toastmaster role is shown. Is there a setting I need to change to fix this?

1) please specify the dates in question
2) did you read the documentation on the agenda? especially the part on roles and *
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index
