a start date for a newly created agenda

Having created a new agenda....where do I go to ASSIGN the start date for that agenda? I.e., the date that agenda will be used...so I can build a whole stack of future agendas, by date, for ASBC Toastmasters.

Bill all that information is in the Agenda Documentation.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index
In the Admin you create a template
Then you goto the Agenda in the Menu, select Add an Agenda, select the template and date and save
repeat as required

The agenda continues to baffle me (is it only me?) I want an agenda with the usual leaders/roles, descriptions, and length of time (it varies a bit, natch) each will be at the lectern. Once that is done, we should be able to plug and play with new meeting dates and presto! ...next meeting's agenda is ready to roll. The present agenda-building process constrains what I can do, when I can do it, and how I can do it...even what I can erase/edit as needed. Once ready, members could self-select their roles electronically. The general consensus, it seems, is that what I want is now available. Help me to understand. What am I missing? Bill Ardis,20+ years a Toastmaster, member of 15 clubs over time. P.S. I very appreciate your team's support and friendly manner to us users.

Bill,
There are a couple of ways to add agendas, My preferred method is to work from an existing agenda. As the admin, or VP-Ed or other .officer with the rights to create and edit agendas, log in and click on agendas. Your next meeting will be displayed, or a header will be displayed if you do not have a next agenda. Click the + icon to add an agenda. Now you are in the Creating a New Agenda screen. Click on the date, choose a date. For the Select a Template, you can use a template if you have one or choose a recent agenda. The starting time will change to match the template or the agenda you use. Save!!! From there, you should be all set.

Thanks for your extreme patience. I somehow thought I didn't need to login as Admin. Silly me. AT LAST I teed up multiple agendas thru year-end. And went forward and teed up new agendas for several months in 2019, although they aren't appearing in our agenda's list. Stops at December 2018 Is that a server thing? I rebooted my computer thinking that might allow the flow of next year's agendas. No cigar. ???
Paranoid In Panama. Now that I've got it rolling, I'm going to tee up future agendas so we'll never hit the wall again.
