Also in developing the agenas, each item which appears with a 'pencil' symbol isn't accurate. It won't allow you to alter the to/from field where the length of time is concerned. Can this be fixed?

When you use the pencil to edit the role, the role description shows at the bottom of the page. There is a dropdown box below the role description "Agenda item assigned duration" - you can select the time there - that will automatically adjust the times displayed in the time column
