Hi, We were told there was a way of entering as many future agendas as we wish. Currently we can only see the next ONE. Just one.! How do we add more? Please be as detailed as possible.

Also we were told the VPE could add these agendas. Is it only the VPE?

Using templates the site admin and VPE can add all the futir agendas you want.
