How do I add a newsletter to our website?

Upload the newsletter using the File Manager. You can then add a link to it from a custom page (or your home page). support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/linking-to-files

I figured that part out. But where do I put the link?

On the page you want to link from.

If you're going to have a regular newsletter you might want to create a custom page with links to all newsletters, else you might just add a link from your home page. To put the link in highlight the word you want to use for the link and click on the link icon to add the source.

This process needs to be streamlined. There should just be a drop down menu item with 'Add a newsletter' that opens another window, 'Upload file' and then an 'Upload' button.

Not every club does newsletters. We create applications for the most clubs.
