NEW FEATURE - Agenda Attachments

I have implemented a new feature ("Agenda Attachments") for dated agendas.

This feature allows you to upload a file or link to an existing file that is "linked" to (associated with) the displayed dated agenda. You can also include links to the agenda attachments when you email out the agenda.

The intention of this is to allow you to upload Meeting Flyers before a meeting and Meeting Minutes after a meeting and have those files stored in the File Manager but associated with the relevant dated agendas.

Only members who can edit the agenda are allowed to upload or modify the attachments--this is accomplished via a scaled down version of the File Manager functionality (a "mini-File Manager for the agenda"). Everyone else sees a list of links to the attachments.

A hypothetical usage scenario:

• You have a special meeting that a flyer was prepared for.
• You upload/attach the flyer to your meeting agenda.
• Then you include the attachment when you email out the agenda.
• After the meeting, you upload/attach meeting minutes for the meeting.

If not an agenda editor (Toastmaster, VPE, etc.), you see the following view instead of the above one with all the buttons.
