I have read all the threads pertaining to this issue. My new member did not respond to the email that was sent and is unable to locate it and now is frustrated she can't log onto the website to sign up for roles. There is no mechanism on our club website to resend that email. Please help.

1) I am really frustrated too, I would love to help you but you didin't tell me your club number.

2) Reading the documentation would help you a lot, especially the part on Membership Management.
