Member is missing on site

For club #7235510 weave a member that can login to Toastmasters.org but is not able to login to the club site. The club site is not sending him a link to reset his password either.

1) you need to give us at least a first name or we can do nothing
2) we are not Toastmasters International, your site admin needs to add new members to the site
