Can't add new member becasue wrong email was used

I need help in adding a new member. When I first add the name, I entered a wrong email address. So the new member never received the welcome email. Now FreeToastHost has blocked this new member. I tried deleting the wrong email address. I was successful. But when I added this new member again it is still being blocked.
