Black list was created by mduncan2010
I an officer in 2 clubs, Westside Toastmasters Pooler GA, and TM of Richmond Hill Ga. In both, I tried to send out email to members using the members group email. I got rejected and told I was black listed.
I'm confused. Never happened before.

Someone in another club black listed your email address.
What you will need to do is have your 2 clubs whitelist your email address.

Brian, blacklisting takes priority over whitelisting--blacklisting is purposely hard to get around. If the person is in a club that is using the crowd-sourced blacklist and that is the source of the blacklisting issue, then the clubs he is in will need to enter an exception in for that on the email security tab (or not use the crowd-sourced blacklist). Exceptions only apply to what is coming from the crowd sourced blacklisting.
