Adding agenda variables to the website

Hi Steve, I saw your suggestion to Linda Mann that she click to have the website reloaded from the server in getting the agenda variables to show up on the webpage. I'm a nervous about this. What exactly happens when I press to reload?

The two problems I'm trying to fix with a possible reload are: On the home page - (1) the next meeting time shows in military time (18:00:00) even though our preferred format is 6PM. I can't get the venue name and address to show up.

Thanks in advance

You need to set the correct time options in the admin console.
Please read the documentation on this site
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/basic-settings

The Reload link just refreshes your local browser cache.
Thank you,

Thanks Brian. Like I said, our preferred time format is set and appears correctly on the agenda. However, when using the nextmtgtime variable it appears in military time. The venue place and address show correctly on the agenda page but do not show at all when using those variables on the home page.

Interestingly, when using the variable for the toastmaster of the next meeting, it displays without problem.

OK - I reloaded my screen. Thanks for that explanation. club 1990654
