Hello,
As the site administrator I received an email that a member sent a request to reset their password. However, this person is no longer a paying member. Should I be concerned about this? Even if they were a paying member I don't think this person would request to reset their password. Over the many years that I have known him he has never used the website.

If there are no longer a paying member you need to move them to the former members list.
