Can't send emails to group email address

Hi posted about this a few months ago and received a reply, but it didn't seem that you really understood my problem.
The reply you gave was here.

But it addresses more about a test I did for a different club. That's not really my issue here.

The issue is when I send an email to:
members-6193@toastmastersclubs.org
I receive a kickback message from your server.

At one point in the previous post, you said you unblocked me. But that didn't work either. I haven't been able to send an email from my Outlook for almost 3 months now. that's problematic since I'm the VPE and most senior member of our club. I'm looking for options on how to fix this. Even if I have to call my host again.

Also, I did a bunch of tests from my @gmail account and they all went through. This is definitely something wrong with my michelle@design4dot.com email address. The problem is I've had this address for 18 years and I've been on FTH for over a year now (more than that with another club)

Servers at websitewelcome.com have frequently spammed the FTH servers and have been blocked.
I have unblocked gateway30 for now, but it can be blocked again at any time if the server continues to receive spam from that mail server.
