Creating new agendas form previous ones

I know that I saw or read something about how to use current or previous Agendas as a template to create new ones.
Could someone please remind me how to do that. I am the current VPE of my club, so I don't only need to know this for myself, but I am in the process of transitional training for our iin-coming VPE. I have successfully completed my first Agenda. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
