inserting Important Information and Upcoming Events into weekly Agendas

I am Judy Bralley, VPE of the Conyers-Rockdale Toastmasters Club #2579. I have had good success in creating the Agendas for several meetings( our club only recently became a part of FrerToastHost). I need some suggestions on inserting/linking our weekly 'Important Information and Upcoming Events' into the Agenda. I tried copying and pasting a Word Document into the Meeting Notes, but the formatting wouldn't transfer correctly. Any input on this of other/better suggestions? Any help would be appreciated.

The meeting notes is just a text field no formatting.
The only formatted text area is the agenda header.
You can link to files(pdf) at the bottom of the agenda, or upload files to be attached to the agenda.
