Question: How to switch the previous name Alexis Jin, who was President of the club to the new President, Yu-Chen (Jean) Chang for future agendas, starting this month.

Also, if your agenda roles for the President are auto-populating with your past president's name, you'll need to adjust your agenda template(s). New agendas created after you've updated your templates will show the new agenda assignments. Agendas that have already been created won't be updated
