Hello. We are Manassas Community Toastmasters(Club 6585). One member Gwendolyn Talbot [getalbot1@comcast.net], is having difficulty with the new site update in the member login. She is a founding member and her name doesn't pop up when she puts in her e-mail address. My e-mail is sbhatta27@hotmail.com (Somnath Bhattacharyya).

What can be done?

Gwendolyn is not listed as a member on your club website - the website members are non synchronised with TI membership - they are separate databases. New members have to be added to both, and former members need to be moved to the former members list on your website.
