Do browser settings impact marking as reconciled?

Since the start of this TM year I have been reconciling agendas and marking them as reconciled. Today I noticed just a few that were not marked. When I ticked the 'Reconcile' box the tick appeared and it went green. On saving I got the "Agenda updated" message but the reconcile box became unchecked and the agenda was not marked as reconciled in the list of agendas. I tried this on Safari on two different iMac's with the same result but then repeated it with the Chrome browser and all worked as expected. Is this some issue with preferences settings?

Hmmm... we will need some more details to be able to troubleshoot...

Relevant Meeting Date(s) (examples)
Browsers affected? Only Safari?

Are you changing the dates of any of the agendas? (Should not matter, but looking for clues.) Are you using reconciled agendas as templates to produce new agendas? (Again, just looking for clues.)

This is ClipperCity 8508. Last night I initially reconciled our just completed meeting by updating attendance and meeting roles with no problem using Safari on my brand new M1. Then clicked the Reconcile box and Save and saw the described problem. I then noticed that a few previous meetings were not marked as (r) in the drop down list - for example the 2021-02-02 and from December were not marked. I clicked the reconcile and save (and nothing else) and got the described behavior. This was all with Safari on the M1 - I don't have Chrome installed on this machine. Then I tried Safari on my desktop Intel Mac with the same result, again just clicking the box and save and nothing else.. That machine has both Safari and Chrome and I use both. It is quite possible, even probable that all previous markings as reconciled there were with Chrome. I then did mark all the agendas since July as Reconciled using Chrome.

I am not able to reproduce this. However, as there has been another report of this I am inclined to think there is just something I am missing. :S

Let me see if I can figure something out.

Unfortunately, this appears to be an issue that is only reproducible on Safari on an Apple computer.
It does not seem to show up on Safari on Windows.

As I do not have an Apple computer, I do not have a way to test fixes to resolve the issue. :-(
