There is no "Auto Populate"
There is a feature to setup your agenda so you only have to pick the role once no matter how any times it appears in agenda. Please read the documentation.

I am guessing you are interested in the keywording feature... Look for "Repeated and Grouped Roles" (scroll down) in the following: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda
