Club Number; 9996493141 Emailing meeting agendas to the membership

When I send the agenda to the membership via email using the send email option on the agenda, they tell me that the system acknowledges their response when they select a role for our upcoming meeting using the agenda I sent. I don’t see the selections they are making on the online meeting agenda. Must I give some permission to get everything in sync?

Thank you Brian for the agenda and email educational link. I've tested it. When I select a role, click on the link in the emailed agenda, the information is not being transferred to the agenda onsite.

Which date agenda?
