Member did not receive her opt in email

Ayano Kuraishi <ayano.kuraishi@gmail.com> is a new member and she did not receive her welcome email nor did she receive the opt in email. Can we check if I sent it correctly? and if the service sent her the opt in email? can we resend? Thank you, Gina Rose Leading Ladies TC Treasurer

Opt-in and welcome emails can be re-sent as needed using the Membership Tools dropdown list in Membership Management. However, it looks like she has completed the opt-in process as there's no strikeout through her name in Membership Management.
