Agenda and Meeting Role Tracking

How do I reset member engagement tracking for the new year ahead. I would like to track who fills roles and what frequency to ensure newer members get good rotation into easier roles. 

I thought FTH tracking roles like Speaker Mark Mandel (xtimes)

Use the 'Select start date' setting to limit report content to current TM year (or any specific time frame).

The 'Meeting Role Tally' spreadsheet is probably more suitable for your purposes than the html report format. It also shows future sign-ups.

When looking at an agenda in edit mode, the number in [brackets] next to the member's name in the drop-down list is the total times they have filled that role. (summed from all past agendas)
