Creating Custom Page that redirects to Toastmaster.org education page

Club 6379 here. I'm not interpreting your documentation correctly. I am trying to create a custom (public) page, "Toastmasters Education Program," that redirects to the Toastmasters page  www.toastmasters.org/education .
I'm doing something wrong as I only see the link itself. I am not redirected. (I've left it up, see for yourself.)
I am using this documentation.  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/links-to-other-sites  
I don't see an example of the "Web Page Name" field. I've tried both "Toastmasters Education Program" and the link itself. Is that the issue or are the directions for a redirect different?
