Hi there. Club 8213 here. We're having email bounce problems -- and/or error messages in the Admin Console of FTH -- saying that certain members' email addresses are invalid or non-working. This is not true, as I am able to email them directly with no problem. Also, they've had the same email address for more than 10 years with our club. Nothing has changed. One member (Bob Sackmann) did not receive today's email that generated a bounce, while the other member (Prashant Agarwal) only showed an error in the Admin Console, but he IS receiving emails. He has been a member for 3 years -- with the same email -- and this is the first time I'm seeing any errors about his email in FTH Admin Console.
How to resolve both of these problems?

Bob Sackman's email should work now.

Thanks Brian! What was done to Bob's email -- is it anything I could have fixed?
For Prashant, I saw the following error from August 30 when I logged into the Admin Console:

Emails sent to the email address [ prec.prashant@gmail.com ] have bounced too many times and exceeded the FreeToastHost limit for returned emails. The error information for the last bounced email is as follows:

and was returned to the FreeToastHost server. Details are as follows:

Bob's email service is also used by spammers, so the service was blocked
If You read the message Prashant it says the last email he received was spam and rejected. 5 of those and we stop sending email to the address until we reset the email address bounce count.

An IBM email is marked as a spammer? Wow. Anyway, is that something I could have changed myself in the Admin Console or elsewhere?

The mail service IBM uses.
Always a good idea, but gmail has strong but dumb spam prevention. it doesn't look at the originator of the spam just the last server to touch it.
