Updating Officers on Agendas going forward

We recently had to make some adjustments in our club and had to install a new President, SAA and Secretary.  How can I edit all the agendas going forward with the updated names/pictures?  Or do I need to go to each one and make the changes?

You haven't provided the club number for the affected club, so we can't see the problem.
Make sure the officers are listed correctly in Membership Management.
Check the role assignments in your agenda templates.  Once they are corrected, any agendas created after that will reflect the changes.  If you have dated agendas already created with future dates, you'll have to update them manually, or delete and create again.
