TM Standard Print Layout - Incorrect members listed

Greetings,
When printing our agendas using the TM Layout or Hybrid Layout, The members listed on the left side are 2 years old. Where is that information pulled from or how can I update it as a new site admin? Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you.

The hybrid layout displays the club officers assigned in Membership Management.
