Reclaiming ownership of a FTH site - 9170

I'm trying to help club mates of mine get back into their Free Toast Host setup.  They've not had access to it for some time, and we don''t know who the configured administrator, officer references, etc. are.  Is there a way to reset the password w/o it going to the original configuraiton.
