How to assign a role to a non-club member?

We have a Toastmaster from another club who is willing to sign up as an Evaluator for one of our meetings. It appears that only members of our club can sign up for a role (and for good reason.)

What is the best way to provide that access?  We're thinking that one of the officers should simply assign themselves, but that makes it difficult during the meeting to know for sure who is performing that role.

Thanks,

David,
We dealt with this topic most recently a few weeks ago. Search in the forum for "How to put guest, friend or affiliate on agenda?" for the discussion thread that should provide for you a satisfactory answer.

Do you have a link? When I search for a "friend", I get five responses, none of which address my question. When I searched for "How to put guest, friend or affiliate on agenda?" I get this post.

thanks,

dave
