How to pull list of all member speeches given & roles taken in a year? Club 7328

Hi I heard there is a way to pull a list that shows all member speeches given and roles taken for the year - not member by member, but for all members in the club for the whole year? Is that right and can that be done thru FTH? Who has privileges to do that - is it only the VPE? Or can any officer pull that list?

Meeting Reports on the agenda page;

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/r...ts-and-signup-sheets

All members can access their own role reports. Officers can run reports for all members.

Any member can pull speech or role reports.
The access is through the little person icon on every agenda page.
You can find out more in the documentation found in HOW TO USE FREE TOAST HOST at the top of the page.

Yes, you can pull reports in FreeToastHost that show all speeches given and roles taken for a defined time period (like a full year), rather than pulling things member-by-member. These are typically found under the Reports section, such as meeting participation, speech history, or role reports, where you can set a date range and export the data.
As for who can do it:
It’s not limited only to the VPE, but it does depend on permissions. Generally:
The VPE almost always has access, since they track education and participation.
Other club officers (President, Secretary, sometimes VPPR or Treasurer) may also have access if they’re set up as officers/admins in FTH.
Regular members usually don’t see those full-club reports.

For example, the Meeting Participation Report shows attendance, roles filled, and who participated at each meeting within your selected date range. The Speech History Report lists every prepared , including speaker name, project level, evaluator, and date. Some clubs also use Role Frequency or Member Activity reports to get a high-level view of overall engagement.

To access these, log into FreeToastHost, go to Reports, then choose the relevant report and set your date range (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Most reports can be exported to Excel or CSV, which makes it easy to sort, filter, or share with the executive team. If access is an issue, the VPE or site admin can update officer roles or permissions so the appropriate leaders can run these reports without needing to request data manually each time.
