Lost administrator information - club 02157010

Hello. I am posting this question on behalf of a member of club 02157010 as they are not able to create an account on this support page. Please see their question below.I do not have access to my club's Toast Host Site. And the admin login seems to be lost to time. nosubstitute.toastmastersclubs.org/ club number: 02157010I just tried to make an account on the support site but it won't allow me to log in. It tells me I am either blocked or not activated. If I try to make a new account with my email it says one already exists. And when I try to do "forget password" it does not email me a link to reset. Do you have any recommendations for how to resolve this? I am VPPR of my club. Trying to get myself and our president Luke Harrison registered as admins for the site. Thank you,Megan Scribner

1) meg.scribner@gmail.com has been removed from the support.toastmastersclubs.org. Thaey can re-sign up, remind them to look for the sign up authorization  email if maybe in the spam folder.
