Emails Not Being Sent

Hello,

I have sent an email to the club email address twice but neither of the emails have gone through yet. I went in checked the Membership Management section of the website and see this oemail-1776692931@toastmastersclubs.org against my name. Would you know if the system could have potentially updated this email itself or would you think someone with access would have done it?

1) That is not a valid club email.

2) you do not have a valid email address listed for your club so you cannot email the club.

3) log in and fix your member profile.

4) when logged in check the club email address link in the members menu.

 

Thank you for your response. Why would you think this email noemail-1776692931@toastmastersclubs.org is showing up on the website for me? I am also the website administrator/

If your email has bounced numerous times, the address is automatically replaced with the dummy "no reply with club number".

HOW TO FIX
1. You can just edit your correct email back into the member record and you should be fine.
2. Figure out why it's happening on your end - maybe white list ToastmastersClubS.org on your mail server as a start.

Why would you think noemail-1776692931@toastmastersclubs.org is showing up on the website for me? I did not update it myself and neither did my Vice President Membership. I am the administrator on the website.

I have been using my personal email for 5 years and I am the website administrator and the President of the club. It is strange that this noemail-1776692931@toastmastersclubs.org shows up for me.
