On many agendas a person filling a role appears many times. For example, the Toastmaster will start the meeting, then introduce every speaker. The timer may speak at the start of the meeting then give a report, similarly for the Grammarian.
I have created agendas where on each occasion the "members may sign up" is ticked and then filled in a name multiple times. This is not particularly satisfactory so I took to only assigning the name the first time and not ticking the "member sign up" on subsequent, just referring to the role name e.g. Toastmaster and not also the persons name.
It would be nice if by some means the first assignment to e.g. Toastmaster the system understood the linking of a name to a role. On subsequent entries the agenda template could list sometinglike [Toastmaster] so that the printed agenda lists role and name, with it only having to be entered once.
