open role in agendas - link for vpe to request a member to fill a role

As vpe it would be great to have a link on open roles in agendas. The vpe or toastmaster, could click the link, select the club member they'd like to email, and hit send. This would send an email to the selected club member showing the date and role, and that they've been requested to fill the role if they are available. Ideally the member could accept/decline (with comments?) right in the email, which would populate the agenda if they accepted.

When you email the agenda from the system all open roles are shown with active links for members to signup from.

Hello, I guess my request wasn't clear. I'm aware that agendas can be sent with active links for members to sign up for open roles..
What I am suggesting is a tool for the vpe or toastmaster to use to make is easier to target a specific person for one specific open role. Instead of sending the entire agenda to a chosen audience, maybe the toastmaster/vpe would prefer to send individual requests. For example, if a member has never been a grammarian before, a targeted email could be sent to that member saying that they've been requested to sign up for grammarian in this upcoming meeting. Otherwise, the member may just sign up for the same role they are comfortable with. Hope that helps clarify my suggestion.

The VPE or Toastmaster can assign them the role to whoever they want, there does not need to be a specific email for this. Also in the agenda pull down it tells you how many times each member has done that role.

The function exists, just not the way you want to see it.
