I have been appointed Club Coach for Margaret River Toastmasters Western Australia. TMI Club # 9773. The FTH site is out of date and not active. I am hoping to remedy this situation asap.

Toastmasters International have the correct email contacts for the club registered. FTH does not. Because the original password is not available, I am trying to get access to the site to update registered contacts.

When I try to access the site FTH directs me back to TMI to confirm registered email addresses which I have done. The registered email contacts with TMI for the Margaret River club are: chowcuisine@westnet.com.au, helenthis@bigpond.com

Maybe it would be easier to apply for a new site?

Urgent assistance with this matter would be appreciated.

Have the person with the chow cuisine email check to see if the authorization email was received. Have them also check the junk folder.

Thank you. The confirmation link has been sent to those listed as club contacts ( chowcuisine@bigpond.com.au and sounja2003@yahoo.com.au ). You will be notified once one of the contacts confirms or denies the request.

If these confirmation email addresses are not correct you will need to update your club contact information with Toastmasters International, then once the new club contact e-mail address has been updated, resubmit this request.

The existing website is pretty much empty. No members in membership management, not meeting info, default home page, no custom pages, just the admin info.

Please re read my forum support post.

The chowcuisine@bigpond.com.au is INCORRECT. The email registered with TMI is chowcuisine@westnet.com.au Therefore there is no point in sending an authorisation to chowcuisine@bigpond.com.au as this email address is no longer valid. Please see the copied information below from TMI:
