multiple sign up sheets list wrong

When I go to print out the multiple sign up sheets I find that the meeting's speakers are missing and in their place are listed the speech evaluators! My agendas are all fine with the correct people in the correct roles. When I click on the legacy XLS version, everything is fine. Is there anything that I can do to correct this as I want to use the multiple sheets as my forward plan? Hoping someone can help.

To appear on the sign up sheet they have to be marked as roles a member can sign up for.

I see the speakers and evaluators showing correctly. Which ones are you seeing incorrectly?

all the roles are marked for members to sign up. On the multiple sign up sheet (see above) , there are no speech evaluator roles showing up. Instead the people signed up to be the evaluators show up in the speech roles and the people signed up for the speeches are not shown at all. As I said in my earlier email, when I view the legacy version, all the roles are correct, including the speakers.

What Browser and version are you using?

I am not really computer literate so when you say browser are you referring to internet explorer? I have windows 7 professional.
