Does FreeToastHost verify TLI membership for members trying to login?

A new member is trying to login to the Biosciences site biosciences.toastmastersclubs.org but cannot. She was able to login a few weeks ago. Could the FreeToastHost login be checking her membership status with TLI and blocking because the membership has not gone through yet? :( :(

FTH is not part of Toastmasters International and has no access to any of their member data.

Have her check her cookie settings to this Doc
