Website Not showing up on our forwarded domain anymore

Our website can be accessed here: 1838761.toastmastersclubs.org
But our domain name with Host Way is gonewildetm.org

Recently the domain name and our emails have not been working. I cannot access the site through the paid domain (and it has been renewed) and we cannot send/receive emails through our club's emailing system either.

I was told some Name Server or MX files may have been changed and I would need to get that info here.

Please help!

ViewDNS shows that you do not have any DNS records set up: viewdns.info/dnsrecord/?domain=gonewildetm.org

Forwarding of domain names is not supported by FreeToastHost. You must configure the DNS records as per our documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

I viewed the link that you providedon how to configure DNS records. I contacted our Domain's Registrar, Host Way. They said I need to contact GoDaddy but we don't have a godaddy account so I'm guessing that FTH uses GoDaddy?? I hope.

This was what Host Way's Customer Support said:
We are the Registrar of the domain, but the Registrar can only change the nameservers of the domain.
Since the nameservers are pointing to GoDaddy, they are the only guys that can make any changes in these nameservers.

You need to use the Registrars Name servers we don't care which registrar you use.

You need to set up the Host A records and MX records as per the documentation.

I'm sorry but I don't know what you mean.
We do not use GoDaddy! We only use FreeToastHost and Host Way. So it would only make sense that FTH actually use GoDaddy?

As per the DNS records, am I supposed to edit those at FTH? It seemed from reading the documentation provided in the link that I was supposed to do it with Host Way but they tell me to go to GoDaddy... which we don't have a GoDaddy account.??

FTH is not aligned with or use any specific registrar.

DNS records are typically set up via logging into your registrar's website, then using our doc as a general guide..

Please listen to Brian's directions... I learned about DNS settings from him.
