Unable to Sign up for role

I am unable to sign up for a role or remove people from an agenda role. When I'm on the agenda page I can see the [X] to remove people but when I click on it nothing happens. Also, I'm not able to see the sign-up button next to the available roles. I can see text but I can't click on it.

The only way that I can add or remove people from a role is if click on the edit icon. Then I can add or remove people from roles.

I have logged out and back into my username and the admin username same results.

I am using Google Chrome.

Same here. Happened sometime between noon and 8:oopm EST. I'm glad this seems global and not just my settings... what's up? Steve #5340 I'm on Safari, but don't think that's the issue.
