Officer has been blacklisted

The club treasurer of club 795293 has been blacklisted by FTH so is unable to send emails to the club emails.
How do we get her off of the blacklist?

Yes your treasurers email was blacklisted by another club.
You will have to add your treasurers email to the clubs whitelist.

I tried adding the officer to the white list, but it didn't work. The error:
Current members cannot be added to the club white list.
Is there another way to un-black-list an officer?
