members only items

how can I add items in the member only list in the home page.

when I go to Custom Web Pages / Select Web Pages I only get 2 items Create new pages and Newsletter, I dont see the list of items like in the document support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/custom-pages .

The items that show in the sample document are custom pages created by that site admin.
Once you've added more custom pages to your site, they'll show up on your list. A previous admin must have created a custom page for your Newsletters.

The other pages that you have on your site are system pages that are available to all sites

When you state "member only list" what exactly are you referring to? The Meet Our Members page?
