Agenda Meeting Description

I've logged in as Site Admin and set up agendas, including a custom meeting description. However, when I go to create an Agenda as Toastmaster, the original default meeting description is showing. If I log back in as site admin I can see that one I've created. Any ideas how to get the custom meeting description to become the default?

Works for me, I created a meeting for Dec 28, 2020.

Remember changing the template does NOT change any existing dated agenda

So creating all the agendas first, then changing the meeting description was my problem?
If I delete them all and do it again, then it should be fine?
