Auto-populate the Toastmaster throughout agenda once signed-up

Hello. We have the Toastmaster role near the top of our agenda (as they kick off the meeting) as well as the Toastmaster role near the end of the meeting. When a user signs-up for the first Toastmaster role in the agenda, I noticed it does not auto-populate it in the other part. Is there a way to auto-populate the user's name once they've signed-up for Toastmaster at the start of the agenda? Thank you.
