Member Not Receiving Password Reset Email

I am an admin for my club's FTH site. I enrolled a new member and see him in the member list. He told me he's unable to log in to the site. He accepted the initial email and now his name no longer appears with strikethrough. When he attempts to log in, his name populates when he types his email address. He can't log in, and says the password reset emails are not coming to him. He has checked his spam/other folders. Do you know what might be happening?

We would also need some idea of who the member is, so that we can try to track what is happening. A first name, or a first name plus an initial, should be enough.

Thank you for the update.

I see that Craig has a hotmail address. These sometimes cause a few problems. Craig should try using the settings for Outlook/hotmail in this doc: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email and see if that helps.

If that doesn't work please let us know and someone can investigate further.
