Club Email Not Going Through

I have had issues with sending emails to my club for a while now. When I try to send an email I get a message saying 

"You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) from (email redacted for privacy) . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile."

I have confirmed that my email does match so I am not sure why this is happening. I am also a club officer and have had the same issue with the officers email.
