Club Email Not Going Through

I have had issues with sending emails to my club for a while now. When I try to send an email I get a message saying 

"You do not have the right permissions to send an e-mail to this e-mail address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) from (email redacted for privacy) . Be sure your "From" address in your e-mail client is the same as your address in your toastmastersclubs.org member profile."

I have confirmed that my email does match so I am not sure why this is happening. I am also a club officer and have had the same issue with the officers email.

We require the club number and at least the email address if you want us to debug your issue.

Is there an email or other way I can get in touch so I don't have to post a personal email on a public forum?

You still didn't provide your club number, so I can't even begin to answer.
