Members want to use Domain Name email addresses

Hi Friends, We have several members who have email addresses using the domain name (name)@iht.life. Emails we originate for the Jefferson State Toastmasters FTH site never reach them. We have run into this issue with other domain name email addresses. Current members have provided gmail, hotmail and other free service email addresses and those work, but the members never check them. Is there a way to get the system to allow the use of a domain name email address?

1. Please ask at least one of the members to add their iht.life address as their secondary email in their member profile.

• Let us know the first name of someone who has added this to their member profile.
• They can go one step further and check the box; "Send ALL communication from this site to BOTH email addresses, if both entered."
• I checked our IP look-up tool and it didn't return a result with only iht.life. Once we know the IP, we can check if it's blocked by FTH's firewall.

2. Please review this page to help them whitelist the FTH email servers in any email client that isn't receiving your club emails.
