Dear Support

We have made several attempts at sending the opt-in email, using alternative emails and deleting and re-adding their details.  For some reason they are not receiving the pending addition to our website notice.

Any suggestions?

Confirm they are looking in their spam folder and ensure they whitelist the FTH email servers. Instructions are in this document

We'll need your club number to look into this further. If the member isn't still listed in membership management, please re-add them to we can identity the correct account to check their email address. If more than one person is pending addition, we'll need at least their first name to ensure we review the correct person.

The club number is: 3032977.

The member is Anna Wajdwicz anna_wajdwicz@interia.pl and is listed in Membership Management

We've not had a problem with previous new members.

The FTH email logs don't show any delivery failures to her address. If she has already checked spam and whitelisted the FTH servers she'll need to ask her email provider for help.
