Not receiving emails from DL lists

Hi,

I'm the FTH admin for our club #8069

brookhavennationallab.toastmastersclubs.org/

For a while now I have not been getting copies of the emails sent to distributions lists, like =12.0ptThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Nor do I get an email when as VPeD I send out agenda reminders from the link on the agenda.

I've looked in my personal email spam folder, and at my provider without any luck.

I can't find any setting anywhere on the FTH site that seems to be related.

Need assistance please.

I can see only 2 emails that have been accepted by your provider in the last month
All of the others (there are plenty) say: stat=Deferred: Connection timed out with mx.altice.prod.cloud.openwave.ai.
I suggest that you whitelist the domain @toastmasters.org (see documentation here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email ) and see if that helps. If not you'll need to ask your internet provider for help
 

FTH is not blocking your email host IP 65.20.63.100
You will need to talk to your email host why they are blocking the toastmastersclubs.org IP 50.19.253.65
