Menu Bar Has 2 Contact Us Pages - Fix?

In the menu bar of our website we have two "Contact Us" pages. Refer to the image here . 

Does anyone know how to adjust the menu to have just one "Contact Us" button?

The second one (at the bottom of your Main Menu) is a custom web page [LINK]. You can simply delete it.
